Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receipt for non-plant items or refer to our 5-year guarantee for established roses to begin your return or replacement.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original shipping containers, ensuring that live plants are secured to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return label provided by our team and attach it clearly to the outside of your parcel before dropping it off at an authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Replacement

  Once our horticultural experts inspect your returned items, we will process your full refund or dispatch your replacement roses within 7 to 10 business days.
